Macs haven't come with iDVD years, after not getting any updates in Apple's iLife '11. You can still burn data DVDs from Finder and audio CDs from iTunes, but if you want to make a movie DVD with a menu, scene selection and more, you'll need to find another app. And even if most of us just upload our videos to YouTube and Vimeo these days, it's still nice sometimes to have a home video on DVD to share with family and friends.

That's where iFunia DVD Creator comes in. It's a full-featured app that helps you create the movie DVDs you want. You can import all of your videos, add subtitles to your tracks, create a menu using the included professional menu designs, and burn them to disk. It'll even help you add basic touchups to your videos before you burn them if you'd like.

iFunia DVD Creator usually costs $39.95, but it's on sale this week for just $6.99. But even better, we've got 10 copies to giveaway to our readers for free! Just leave a comment below and let us know what you'll be using iFunia DVD Creator for to enter our giveaway. You can also share our giveaway on your favorite social network and add a second comment here with a link to your post for an extra entry.

OS X Mavericks has a number of great new features, from tabs in Finder to new apps to better notifications. It looks like it’s going to be quite the great 10th release of OS X, and we’re definitely looking forward to it. But one of its headline features is something that you can actually get today thanks to the app we’re giving away this week: AirParrot.

See, in Mountain Lion you can use AirPlay to push your desktop to your Apple TV if you have a recent Mac, and Mavericks extends that by letting you use your TV as a full second display. But if you’re serious about using your TV as an extra screen for your Mac, AirParrot offers all of that and more for any Mac running Snow Leopard or later, or PCs running XP or later.

AirParrot lets you stream your desktop to your Apple TV in full HD, as a copy of your desktop or as a full second screen. Or, you can use it to stream just one app to the TV, while you’re using the other apps on your Mac’s screen. It’s packed with all the features and settings you’d need, including options to overscan, hide the cursor, change the streaming quality, and more, unlike OS X’ default one-size-fits-all AirPlay.

All of that normally costs $9.99, but we’ve got 10 copies to giveaway to our readers this week. Just leave a comment below letting us know why you want to use AirParrot, and we’ll randomly pick 10 winners at the end of the week. Or, for an extra entry, you can share our giveaway on your favorite social networks and share the link to your social network post in a second comment below.

Sometimes planning a vacation can be so much work that it feels like more trouble than it’s worth. You’ve got to remember everything to pack — from sunscreen to extra space for souvenirs. You’ve got to budget your money to have a great time but end up broke halfway through your trip. You also should likely plan ahead for where you’ll stop on the way, and how you’ll spend your time so you’ll get the most out of your trip. And you’ll likely end up with ideas for new trips you’ll want to take in the future, and will want to keep up with them as well.

YourtTrip is the app your Mac needs to make this vacation season more fun. It can handle all of this and more, in a newly redesigned interface that makes it better than ever.

YourtTrip usually costs $19.99, but we’ve got 5 copies of the new YourtTrip to giveaway to our readers this week! Just leave a comment below and let us know where you’re planning on traveling this summer to enter our giveaway. Then, share our giveaway post on your favorite social network, and share a link to your post in a new comment below for an extra entry.

There’s so many ways to enjoy music on your Mac these days, but one of the old standbys that still works great is internet radio. There’s online radio stations of every genre and style, and radio is still a great way to find new music when you’re tired of playing your iTunes songs on repeat.

And if you want to listen to radio on your Mac, you just about can’t do better than Radium 3, the newest version of the popular internet radio app. We called it a sleek menubar radio app in our review, and it’s the way I personally listen to online radio throughout the work day.

Radium is a rather cheap utility at just $9.99 (or $6.99 during its still-running Easter sale), but we’ve got something even better for our readers this week: 3 free copies of Radium!

All the internet radio you want, right from your menubar

To get your chance at one of our 3 free copies of Radium 3, just comment below and let us know your favorite internet radio station. You can get an extra entry by sharing our giveaway on your favorite social network, then leaving another comment below with a link to your post.

At $0.99, Live Wallpaper is a rather cheap addition to your Mac, but if you’re really pinching pennies, we’ve got something you might like: 5 copies of Live Wallpaper for our readers! Want to win one? If you read Mac.AppStorm yesterday, you likely saw Pedro’s review of Tadam, a new minimal tool staying productive with the Pomodoro method. It’s a simple little menubar app that helps you time your work and breaks, elegantly.

Tadam is a rather cheap utility, at just $3.99, but we’ve got something better: 5 free copies of Tadam to giveaway to our readers. Just enter a comment below and let us know what other Pomodoro method apps, if any, that you’ve used before.
